Dr. Chip Taylor, the founder of Monarch Watch, the citizen science tagging program that tracks the Monarch butterfly migration, will address the International Butterfly Breeders conference in San Antonio this week. The conference is open to the public and a great place to learn how to raise butterflies at home.
